<li class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">Certain dog breeds are not permitted, including: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, and any mix containing one of these breeds; or a breed identified as vicious or dangerous by law or ordinance.</li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">Pet fees, pet rent, and/or deposits may be charged.</li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0"><span class="ContentPasted0">Dogs will be swabbed and registered for our PooPrints DNA program.</span></li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0"><span class="ContentPasted0">All animals on property must be housebroken. Defication inside the apartment unit will result in a lease violation.</span></li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">Livestock, birds of prey, reptiles, amphibians, poisonous, or exotic animals are not permitted.</li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0 ContentPasted0">Aquariums not permitted.</li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0"><span class="x_ContentPasted5 ContentPasted0">All animals must be photographed by management before approval.</span></li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0"><span class="ContentPasted0">Service &amp; Support Animals will need a recent letter (within last 12 months) from a licensed medical professional that prescribes the need for the animal. This letter will be validated through a 3</span><sup class="ContentPasted0">rd</sup><span class="ContentPasted0">&nbsp;party.&nbsp;</span><span class="ContentPasted0"><span class="x_ContentPasted4 ContentPasted0">Our Assistance Animal Review Team follows the HUD &amp; FHAct guidelines.</span></span></li>
<li class="x_ContentPasted0"><span class="x_ContentPasted1 ContentPasted0">Service Animals are allowed. Service animals are animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling wheelchairs, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, or performing other special tasks.</span><span class="x_ContentPasted1 ContentPasted0">&nbsp;</span></li>
